He founded his studio, Fons Hickmann m23, in Kreuzberg, Berlin in 2001 and is a professor at the Berlin University of the Arts. Thinker, provocateur and football expert, he tells intense visual stories like no other, and he wins multiple design awards for virtually every project. Former M23’s interns and collaborators are around the world now, pushing boundaries of design because they learned from him (…did we mention that both Thomas and Martin are former collaborators of his studio?).
